The Microsoft 365 integration with CarmenCanvas allows instructors and students to use, create, share, and collaborate on Word, PowerPoint, and Excel files created in Microsoft 365 within Carmen. Microsoft 365 provides browser-based, online versions of Microsoft Office applications.

Setting Up Microsoft 365

The Ohio State Microsoft 365 license provides current Ohio State students and employees with access to Microsoft 365 services including:

• One (1) terabyte of cloud storage
• Online versions of the Office applications
• Mobile applications to access, edit and view Office documents
• Download and locally install Microsoft Office applications on up to five (5) computers
• Regular access to the latest software updates
