Scheduled Meetings

Schedule a future one-time meeting or a future recurring meeting.

Schedule a One-Time Meeting

A host has control over the options for their scheduled meetings except for settings that Ohio State has locked for security compliance.

Get started: See Zoom's How Do I schedule Meetings? for more information.

A one-time meeting ID will expire 30 days after the meeting is scheduled for. You can restart the same meeting ID as many times as you would like, within the 30-day period.

Schedule a Recurring Meeting

Zoom allows you to schedule meetings with multiple occurrences so that each occurrence uses the same meeting ID and settings.

Meeting IDs for recurring meetings expire 365 days after the meeting was last started.

Recurring meetings cannot be scheduled with your Personal Meeting ID (PMI) since your PMI is reserved so that you can start or schedule a meeting at any time.

Get started: See Zoom's article Scheduling Recurring Meetings for more information.
