U.OSU is powered by WordPress, which makes moving your existing WordPress or other blog to U.OSU quick and easy.

With U.OSU, you can import existing sites from platforms such as Blogger, LiveJournal, and WordPress. Likewise, you can export your site from U.OSU into another platform.

You can also use the export and import functionality to move your site from one U.OSU address to another U.OSU address.

Leaving the university?

Be aware that after you leave the university, you will lose access to your U.OSU account. Graduating seniors, retiring faculty / staff and others leaving the university may wish to export their site information before loss of access occurs. See the KB article, Ohio State Username Maintenance: Deletion of No Longer Affiliated Accounts for details about when you can expect to lose access.
