Users can set comment settings for the entire site or override site settings for individual pages or posts.

For example, you might want comments turned on for posts, but turned off for pages (e.g., "About" or "Contact Me"). To do so, you can turn on comments for the site, but turn off comments on those individual pages.

The default setting for new U.OSU sites is to allow comments to all posts.
